Drivetrain Team Performance Award Recognises Team Contribution at Mai-Wel
A new quarterly award at Mai-Wel
Mai-Wel has introduced a new way to recognise the people who make important work happen behind the scenes and out in the community, with the launch of the Drivetrain Team Performance Award.
Presented quarterly, the award celebrates outstanding contribution from any group of people who come together to get something done, acknowledging the strength of collaboration across Mai-Wel.
Supported by Drivetrain
The award has been made possible through the generous support of Drivetrain, whose partnership helps shine a light on the collective effort that drives progress at Mai-Wel.
Drivetrain is a Hunter region-based business with more than 35 years of experience supplying equipment, powertrain components, and onsite support to industries including mining, defence, transport, and energy.
Through the Drivetrain Team Performance Award, their team are recognising the collective effort of teams who go above and beyond in delivering a high standard of service and support to vulnerable people in our communities.
By recognising team achievement in a visible and meaningful way, the award reinforces our shared values of working together toward goals and outcomes.
Lumary Project Team receives inaugural award
The inaugural Drivetrain Team Performance Award was presented to the Lumary Project Team, recognising the group’s contribution to a significant body of work.
Their selection as the first recipients reflects not only what they achieved, but how they achieved it, through commitment, teamwork and a shared focus on delivering strong outcomes.
Celebrating teams across Mai-Wel
The introduction of the award also speaks to Mai-Wel’s broader commitment to recognising and celebrating its people. Strong teams play a vital role in creating positive experiences for participants, families, partners and the wider community, and this new award creates another opportunity to acknowledge that impact throughout the year.
As future quarters roll around, the Drivetrain Team Performance Award will continue to highlight the many ways collaboration supports Mai-Wel’s work and culture.
