Tax Deductible Donations
As a registered charity, all donations to Mai-Wel over $2 come are tax deductible.
We are incredibly fortunate to have the support of an amazing community of people, businesses, clubs and organisations who assist us so generously through one-off and ongoing sponsorships, grants and donations of time and funds. It is only through this support that we are able to deliver our unique and value-adding projects, resources and facilities for our participants and job seekers.

Our 2024 fundraising goals
In 2024 we are fundraising to source and install defibrillators in all Mai-Wel homes and offices. Defibrillators are an important safety tool for our participants, staff and visitors. They cost approximately $1,500 each.
Please support our fundraising the efforts by making a donation of any amount. Donations of $1,500 will see recognition of the individual or business with signage on one of the new defibrillators.

We welcome Bequests and other Gifts
Mai-Wel respects the rights of our supporters to make an informed decision when considering a donation or bequest to our organisation.
To assist in your decision making, Mai-Wel is happy to speak with you or your solicitor to provide further information upon request. Should you choose to make a bequest to Mai-Wel, your bequest will be added to the the General Purposes Gift Fund. The Fund is used at the discretion of Mai-Wel to assist and address the specific requirements of the organisation, to promote or advance the lives of people with disability and assist with the day-to-day operations of Mai-Wel. Examples include programs, services, building, infrastructure or maintenance.
