Tax Deductible Donations

As a registered charity, all donations to Mai-Wel over $2 come are tax deductible.

We are incredibly fortunate to have the support of an amazing community of people, businesses, clubs and organisations who assist us so generously through one-off and ongoing sponsorships, grants and donations of time and funds. It is only through this support that we are able to deliver our unique and value-adding projects, resources and facilities for our participants and job seekers.

If you would like additional information about making a tax deductible donation or to set up a regular donation, please contact our team on or read the Australia Tax Office gift and donation guidelines.

Our 2024 fundraising goals

As the 2024 Mai-Wel Gala Ball has been cancelled: we still need to fundraise for a bus!
A commuter bus means that we can arrange safe and accessible transport for people with disability. Transport is so important, picking up a person from their home, taking them to a Mai-Wel facility and then importantly into the community.

Buses aren’t cheap – we are seeking to raise $70,000! Your support would be greatly appreciated.

We welcome Bequests and other Gifts

Mai-Wel respects the rights of our supporters to make an informed decision when considering a donation or bequest to our organisation.
