Congratulations to Chris and Pat!

We are thrilled to share that Chris and Pat have recently completed their RSA & RCG through Atwea! The pair used their teamwork and communication skills to work together and complete all modules, including role-playing and assessments.

Pat has already begun paid employment at Club Maitland City and is upskilling to further his career. His ultimate goal? To have his very own food truck to serve the community!

Chris has been attending Mai-Wel Academy to gain valuable skills for employment within the hospitality industry. His dream is to become a master mixologist.  He has been working towards this goal by completing barista training at The Thrive Café and honing his exceptional customer service skills. His Tuesday morning coffees have been a big hit around the office! Now that Chris has gained his RSA & RCG, he is hoping to gain some hands-on experience behind a bar.
