Meet Tim, the driving force behind our safety culture across all locations of Mai-Wel. Tim loves watching our safety culture grow throughout the organisation. A recent highlight for him was developing emergency evacuation teams at all Mai-Wel sites.
He’s inspired by the passion of our support workers who make a difference every day. And if Tim had a superpower for a day… he’d spread positivity everywhere to turn any negativity into a burst of optimism. Now that’s a superpower worth having!
