With the support of Mai-Wel LabourForce Solutions, Ben secured his role at the hospital over a decade ago, where he has built skills, achieved personal goals, and formed friendships that brighten his day. Ben’s manager, Rebecca Fox, and colleagues like Jane Hill have offered ongoing encouragement, creating an environment where he feels empowered to excel. Ben also shares a special connection with his mum, who works at the hospital, adding an extra sense of belonging to his workplace.
