Long-term, flexible support tailored to young people with disability, injury, or health conditions.

- Upskill, discover apprenticeships or further education, and access local services
- Support to find a job that suits you, with ongoing support to maintain employment
Mai-Wel Academy & Academy Prep
Capacity-building support designed to assist young people transition from school.
- Build skills through a curriculum that prepares for study, training and work
- Strengthen independence and problem-solving with Job Coaches and mentors
- Improve communication and soft skills, and discover personal strengths
Transition to Work (TtW)
Tailored support to explore career options and practical steps toward employment.
- Gain hands-on experience through work placements and workshops
- Develop practical skills that prepare you for the transition to workplace environments
- Work with a Youth Support Mentor to reach training and employment goals
Social, Community & Creative Pathways
Supporting young people to build confidence, connection and capacity.
