Dean and Hayden have successfully graduated with a Certificate of Attainment in Retail from Cessnock TAFE, as part of MWLFS’s Disability Employment Scheme (DES). This eight-week course, supported by Woolworths’ Mini Woolies program, provided participants with hands-on retail experience in a realistic store environment. With a remarkable 93% graduation rate, this initiative highlights the value of experiential learning.
