Today, we celebrate the incredible power of art to inspire, transform, and connect us all.
On this special day, we want to highlight the amazing talents of the artists here at Mai-Wel. These artists pour their heart and soul into their artworks, and their dedication and creativity are evident in their finished pieces.
Briety shares, “Art for me is showing what I love to do with colours. My art makes people happy and that makes me happy.”
Helen adds that art to her “means painting things that I love, like flowers, birds, happy, pretty and colourful things.”
Sharon feels that “Anyone can be an artist! I think it’s good to just have a try.”
And Janet reflects that art is about “having a peaceful and calming feeling, sometimes having my art not turn out as I thought but still enjoying the process of experimenting.”
