Training the Team for Success

Before heading out to complete their first round of jobs, participants took part in hands-on training covering:

These sessions ensured that each member of the team felt confident, capable and prepared for the work ahead. It also laid strong foundations for safe and high-quality service delivery.

Putting New Skills into Practice

Following their training, the team undertook window cleaning across several Mai-Wel sites. This was an important opportunity to apply their new skills in a real workplace environment.

The work was completed with professionalism, teamwork and pride. The group have celebrated not just the job itself, but have a real sense of achievement that comes from learning something new and seeing the results of their efforts.
