We’re thrilled to celebrate our Academy Participants who are thriving through hands-on work experience at Mai-Wel Enterprises! From recycling SIM cards to assembling products, they’re gaining valuable skills and confidence every day.
This program is all about building teamwork, communication, and endurance, preparing them for future job opportunities. A huge shoutout to our participants for their dedication and growth!
Some Highlights:
Louise has been exploring various tasks at Mai-Wel Enterprises, with her favourite being visits to the Thrive candle room. She has been building confidence, enhancing social skills, meeting new people, making friends, and learning new skills.
Zoey is on a roll! She’s been dismantling SIM cards, aiming to beat her daily record, while also building stamina, endurance, and social skills. Zoe has exciting times ahead as she starts work experience at Best & Less!
Alex has picked up Sim cards extremely well and two weeks in a row completed a 1000 in a day!
Declan has been learning new skills with a placement in the Industry team.
