Hayden’s Best and Less Adventure
In February, Hayden began a workplace learning program at Best and Less Cessnock. Each week, Hayden attends with great enthusiasm, eager to learn and grow in the retail industry.
Workplace learning programs like this are invaluable for young individuals, providing them with hands-on experience and essential skills that prepare them for future careers. These programs not only enhance employability but also build confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
Hayden is thrilled to be gaining new skills and takes every task seriously, completing them with pride and often showcasing his excellent work to the staff. His goal is to continue building fundamental work skills in preparation for job searching when he finishes school at the end of the year. We are so proud of Hayden’s dedication and hard work!
