Jenny Cappellacci is an experienced commercial and profit-for-purpose executive with over 30 years’ experience in finance, governance, systems, and operational leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, as well as FCPA and GAICD professional certifications. Jenny served for 2 years as a non-executive director on the Mai-Wel board before transitioning to the executive team as General Manager – Corporate Services in June 2024. Jenny leads the Finance, Infrastructure, Engagement, and Corporate Governance functions at Mai-Wel. As a socially conscious professional, she aims to build strong stakeholder relationships that deliver sustainable organisational and community outcomes.
