Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Rimneet transitioned from a retail background to become a dedicated support worker at Mai-Wel. Her role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, helping them develop life skills, and supporting their participation in the community. She also provides emotional support and ensures a safe, positive environment for everyone to thrive in. Every day brings new experiences, making her job both exciting and fulfilling.

One of Rimneet’s most memorable moments was supporting residents at the Mai-Wel Ball. “Seeing their excitement and pride in what they had accomplished was truly amazing,” she shares.
