Since the new year, our amazing supported employees at Mai-Wel Enterprises – Business Services have been on fire! They’ve been boosting productivity, meeting customer demands, and strengthening communication and teamwork to deliver top-notch service. With a focus on efficiency and skill development, our teams have been refining processes, improving workflow, and embracing new strategies to work smarter and more effectively.
Standout Project Alert! One of the highlights this year has been assembling over 35,000 cardboard partitions for a packaging company. This task is no joke—it requires fine motor skills, numeracy and literacy, spatial awareness, palletising, and customer communication. To boost productivity, our teams have implemented structured workflows, task delegation, and peer mentoring, ensuring every step of the process runs smoothly. By working together and focusing on clear communication, they’ve streamlined production, met tight deadlines, and exceeded customer expectations.
