Ashley has been rocking it at Mai-Wel Enterprises since 2007! From sewing and handling confidential files to packaging goodies for big names like The Coal Board and Telstra, she’s done it all. Thanks to NDIS funding, Ashley also got hands-on in hospitality, retail, and floristry through Mai-Wel Academy. She’s even boosted her stamina with swimming and mastered public transport.

Her advice to others: “I would suggest to have a very positive attitude with a beautiful smile like mine.”

With her sights set on celebrating her 20-year work anniversary in 2027, Ashley says, “I define success by being open to give anything a go! I love work and I love catching up with all my friends.”
