A Fellow of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Mary holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Limerick. Her expertise spans finance, operations, and strategic business improvement, all underpinned by a strong commitment to people and purpose.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mary leads organisational systems, governance, and operational excellence to ensure Mai-Wel continues to deliver high-quality, sustainable supports for participants and their families.
