Jenny Cappellacci is an experienced commercial and profit-for-purpose executive with over 30 years’ experience in finance, governance, systems, and operational leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, as well as FCPA and GAICD professional certifications.

Jenny served for 2 years as a non-executive director on the Mai-Wel board before transitioning to the executive team as General Manager – Corporate Services in June 2024, and in September 2025, stepped into the role of Chief Participant Officer.

As Chief Participant Officer, Jenny champions person-centred practice across Mai-Wel, overseeing service delivery, participant experience, and continuous improvement. She fosters strong relationships that translate into meaningful community impact.
