Mai-Wel Employment Services Participant Advisory Committee
The Mai-Wel Employment Services Participant Advisory Committee is made up of individuals who access Mai-Wel’s Employment Services.
Participants can join at any stage of their employment career! Whether you’re:
- A job seeker
- Employed
- Undertaking a career change
- Transitioning to retirement
- Or have other life experiences!
Your experience with Mai-Wel’s Employment Services is important, and we value your feedback to make it the best it can be. If you’re eager to share your ideas to make the services better for yourself and others, we welcome you to join the Committee and work with our Employment Services team to create:
- Awareness of what is means to employ people with disability.
- Improvements on how Mai-Wel provides employment services AND how they are delivered to you.
- A safe place to express your thoughts and ideas.
By joining, you’ll not only gain confidence and build skills, but you’ll also be helping others who get employment supports from Mai-Wel!
