Mai-Wel’s Annual Report & Corporate Profile provides a comprehensive account of our achievements, challenges and goals for the future. The report covers all of Mai-Wel’s services including NDIS programs, Mai-Wel LabourForce Solutions employment programs and Mai-Wel Enterprises.

2022/23 has been marked by times of resilience, as well as determination. While we acknowledge the challenges posed by the nature of the world, as well as the evolving nature of the disability and employment services industry, it is our pleasure to report that Mai-Wel has achieved some fantastic outcomes in the face of adversity. Within this year we have focused on improvement in processes, finding efficiencies within our organisation to ensure that Mai-Wel is sustainable and can continue to provide innovative quality services.

A big thank you to those who have worked on the compilation of this report, and to those participants and staff who have stories and images feature in the Report. It is our pleasure to showcase just some of the wonderful outcomes of 2022/2023.
