The Hub’s Social and Community Supports provides participants with opportunities to engage in small group leisure and recreational activities.

Some of these activities include picnics, shopping, lunches at local cafes and access to local attractions, events and activities.

Movement and Mindfulness

The Hub’s Movement and Mindfulness activities promote movement and focus on health and wellbeing.

Mai-Wel Creative Arts offers supports in visual arts and music for people of all creative skills, experience and interests. With these mentoring supports, participants have the opportunity to enhance their current skills and interests, and explore new ones.
