Home is an important part of life.
Mai-Wel’s Community Living service provides support to people with disability to maintain and enhance their independence in their own home, also to build skills and confidence for those people with the goal to move out of their family home to live independently or with friends.
This service is centred around skill building, assisting participants to develop the skills they need to live a more independent lifestyle, through support with cooking, cleaning, budgeting and engaging with the community.
Mai-Wel also offers a range of beautiful purpose-built homes for people with disability to live their best life in a supported living environment. Each of Mai-Wel’s Supported Living accommodation and support options are very different to meet the needs and goals of each resident.
