AJ’s Delicious First Steps Towards Independent Living!

With his Mai-Wel Community Living supports, AJ has been developing his meal planning and preparation skills. They are some of the most important skills for independent living. Recently AJ cooked his first lasagne as a treat to share with his girlfriend. To start, AJ was supported to travel to his local shopping centre and purchase the ingredients. Dylan’s independence grows with Mai-Wel Community Living Supports

Dylan's independence grows with Mai-Wel Community Living Supports Since June 2018 Dylan has been living in his own home. With daily supports from Mai-Wel’s Community Living support staff he is learning new independent living skills to achieve his NDIS goal of continuing to live independently.
